Apprentices
We promote young talent and train IT specialists in the field of application development every year. The apprentices first complete three years of training at the IT secondary school and then come to IMS for the fourth year of their apprenticeship. Here they get to know everyday working life at close quarters and can apply what they have learned in practice. With success: to date, all trainees have passed their final exams with flying colors.
