What is your challenge:

As a Key Account Coordinator, you will support customer care and act as a link to our customers. This newly created position is part of the Professional Service Team. 

You can expect the following challenges:
  • Organization: You support the Professional Service Team in all areas of customer service and maintain the CRM system.
  • Customer focus: You are attentive to the ideas and wishes of our customers and recognize their needs, which you implement in the team according to their requirements. 
  • Quotation preparation: You calculate and prepare quotations accurately, even under time pressure. 
  • Presentations: You create customer and internal presentations in a professional and targeted manner.  
  • Sales potential: You evaluate and recognize potential for new projects.  
  • Customer contact: You share a passion for customer contact, plan customer appointments and contribute to the further development of customer relationships. .  
  • Customer satisfaction: You provide our customers with comprehensive advice on our range of services and contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty through your solution-oriented approach.
  • Sales support: Depending on your profile and workload, you can also work with New-Logo Sales.

Who are you:

This newly created position is part of the Professional Service Team. It offers scope to contribute your own ideas and the opportunity to develop within the team. 

You have the following qualities:
  • Professional experience: You have some professional experience in customer service and have ideally worked in the software industry or in quality management. 
  • Communicative & articulate: You are convincing in daily customer contact, very good German language skills are a must, English desirable, other languages an advantage.  
  • Goal-oriented & structured: You work in a results- and team-oriented manner and your working style is characterized by good self-organization and proactivity.
  • IT affinity: You are very familiar with MS Office and CRM systems, new tools and challenges arouse your curiosity.  
  • Education: You have completed specialist training, ideally with a customer orientation and sales focus.
