• Project management: You will take on the management of challenging projects for the introduction and expansion of our software solutions. Your focus will be on digitalization and automation.
• Customer consulting: You conduct workshops, both on-site and online. You precisely analyze the needs of our customers and provide consulting and coaching during the implementation phase of our solutions. 
• Key account management: You take responsibility and proactively develop the customer portfolio assigned to you. You organize and conduct customer meetings and presentations and ensure flawless support. You create and negotiate offers independently and make your contribution to achieving our corporate goals.
• Training courses: You design and lead training courses on all aspects of IMS PREMIUM to provide our customers with comprehensive training in the use of our software and enable them to use it successfully.
• Innovation and knowledge sharing: You will work in a team to develop new ideas and independently implement specific customer requirements. With your contribution, you not only promote innovation within the team, but also make a significant contribution to the satisfaction and success of our customers.

• Experience in project management: With your experience in project management, design and consulting, you bring projects to a successful conclusion. You have an in-depth understanding of business processes with a particular focus on process design and digitalization.

• Process-oriented & IT-savvy: You have knowledge of quality and process management and ideally have know-how in the software sector.

• Fluency in German and English: You communicate confidently at native speaker level or fluently (C2) and can express yourself clearly and effectively. Your communication skills, flexibility, initiative and assertiveness make you a valuable team member.
• Education: You have a higher education or further training in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field.
