Corrections and targeted improvements are essential components of any management system. Measures can be recorded, described and documented quickly and easily. E-mails, images and documents are added with drag-and-drop, the person responsible for the measures is defined and implementation is scheduled. Additional people or a team can be added for processing.
After recording, the person responsible for the measure is informed by e-mail and a to-do is created in the to-do list. A link in the e-mail or selection in the to-do list takes them directly to the measure. He accepts or rejects it with a reason.
The necessary documentation is created when the measure is implemented. Documents, images, e-mails and other data can be uploaded directly. The configurable entry form contains exactly the fields required for transparent documentation and description of the implementation. If required, the measures can be classified by means of selection fields as immediate, remedial or corrective measures. If a measure does not lead to the desired result, further measures can be added at any time.
The implementation of action management is workflow-based. Steps such as the effectiveness check after implementation can be easily added. The workflow can be adapted to specific requirements at any time by means of configuration. The individual steps in the workflow can be scheduled manually or using predefined rules. If deadlines are not met, escalation begins. This can include a reminder email or the notification of roles and persons. Each workflow step is documented in a traceable manner with a time stamp. Traceability is therefore guaranteed at all times.
