The powerful interface function IMS PREMIUM HR-Connector offers the option of using personal and organizational information from HR, payroll or personnel information systems. The transferred data is processed in the Organization module and forms the basis for a comprehensive, graphical representation of the company organization. For the data transfer to work, the information from the existing HR system must be made available in a hierarchical form or as an organizational structure.
