In contrast to the IMS solution “Personnel Entry - Simple”, the workflow of this solution has the additional step “Generate AD entry”, whereby an Active Directory user is created in a system-controlled and completely automated manner. The connection from Active Directory to IMS PREMIUM therefore not only offers synchronized user management - it also makes a lasting contribution to reducing or simplifying administration work.
The dependencies between the individual tasks of different departments are taken into account in the process. If you are responsible for a step, you receive an e-mail and / or a to-do from the system, which provides information about the open task including the due date.
In order not to lose track of all open tasks, department heads or other responsible persons can call up perspective-oriented evaluations, generate them as PDFs, forward them or print them out.
