Proof of training in the company

Proof of training is of great importance in achieving, maintaining and certifying conformity with laws, standards or other regulations. Recurring training courses or examinations for certification are scheduled and monitored with the Training option. Proof of training is provided directly in IMS PREMIUM. This allows the company to ensure that activities that affect the fulfillment of customer, product and standard requirements, for example, are only carried out by trained and qualified personnel.

Review and documentation

The implementation and assessment of training can be recorded directly in IMS PREMIUM. Diplomas, certificates or any other type of document can be supplemented with additional information and assigned directly to the training courses and individuals.

The entire history is archived and can be traced at any time. The proven and powerful functions from IMS PREMIUM, such as versioning, verification and authorization management, are available in the training option. All elements can be managed in multiple languages.

The tool provides a direct overview of who in the company has which training, qualifications or certificates. Extensive queries allow targeted evaluation by job, person and training.
