What do you value most about your work at IMS AG?

What I particularly value about my job is the creative and solution-oriented work and the inspiring teamwork. The opportunity to constantly learn new things and develop myself keeps the tasks exciting and varied. What is particularly motivating is how my work directly improves product quality. I also enjoy the autonomy and personal responsibility in my role.

What do you particularly like about the corporate culture at IMS AG?

I particularly like the flexibility and personal responsibility that we are given. The flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes promote efficient collaboration. In addition, the appreciation and recognition among colleagues means a lot to me. I find the flexible working hours, which enable a good work-life balance, particularly important.

What did you want to be as a child?

Librarian or veterinarian.

How do you find the balance between work and private life?

I am aware of where my life is centered and what is important to me. This includes clearly separating work and leisure time and making time for activities that bring me joy and relax me. I often and happily go away for a few days to gain new impressions and perspectives. Regular exercise helps me to reduce stress and stay healthy. I also practice yoga every day to live in the moment and stay balanced.
