What do you value most about your work at IMS AG?
The highlight of my work is definitely working with our great team. Developing innovative and creative solutions together every day to implement the diverse requirements of our customers in our software makes every challenge an exciting project.
What do you particularly like about the corporate culture at IMS AG?
What I value most is the flat hierarchies that allow everyone to actively participate in shaping the company culture. The company events also offer an excellent opportunity to strengthen the team spirit.
What did you want to do as a child?
As a child, I wanted to be an air traffic controller.
How do you find the balance between work and private life?
To find a good balance between work and private life, I start my working day early and make sure that I finish work on time. This gives me enough time in the evening to play with my children and put them to bed. This helps me to be fulfilled both professionally and privately.
