Our BehindTheScenes series enters the year 2025! We start with Danijela, our System Configuration Specialist, who enriches our team with her expertise and passion. This year we have two new questions, both of which Danijela answers directly.
What do you value most about your work at IMS AG?
What I particularly appreciate about my work at IMS AG is the flexibility, the open and motivated team and the exciting variety - from challenging projects to direct customer contact. In addition, our numerous IMS events always put everyone in a good mood.
Which IMS AG value do you particularly live by in your everyday life?
Positivity is a core value for me - both in my professional life and in everyday life with my family. I see challenges as opportunities and I learn from setbacks. I try to live this attitude every day, because I am convinced that a positive attitude makes all the difference.
What three things should not be missing in your day-to-day work?
How do you find the balance between work and private life?
With four sports-loving children and my own passion for sport, it is important for me to reconcile work and private life. Thanks to working from home and flexible working hours at IMS AG, this works very well. This leaves enough time for family, exercise and relaxation.
