My first 6 months as General Manager at IMS AG: collaboration as a success factor

The direct dialogue with users showed me above all that IMS PREMIUM is more than just software. We offer solutions that support companies and people in their everyday lives and work processes. The values of positivity, curiosity and respect that we live by are evident in our day-to-day work. Respect and tolerance are reflected in our collaboration through open communication, active listening and respectful interaction. Positivity motivates us to view challenges as opportunities and to seek solutions with enthusiasm. Curiosity is our innovation engine that drives us to break new ground and constantly expand our knowledge.

A particular highlight of the first few months was the direct dialogue with our customers. In discussions, projects and workshops, it became clear time and again how important close collaboration is. Their valuable feedback shows us where we can improve and which topics are crucial for the future. We will therefore continue to make targeted investments in our software in order to create even more practical and efficient solutions. In the coming period, we will bring together the requirements of our customers from different industries in even greater depth and develop the best solutions for them. This cross-industry dialogue should not only help IMS PREMIUM, but also everyone involved and open up additional perspectives.

A number of changes and improvements have been implemented internally in recent months, including the further development of our processes and the strengthening of our team. The dynamism that can be felt in all areas and the desire for continuous improvement motivate me every day. At the same time, we are clearly looking to the future: 2025 will be a crucial year for us, in which we will systematically develop our integrated management system, integrate modern technologies and intensify our direct dialogue with you. Various internal projects will also be implemented in 2025 in order to simplify and intensify collaboration with all parties.

Our aim is to create a platform that simplifies processes and creates real added value. Direct exchange - whether in daily dialogue or at the customer event in May - is crucial for us to develop the best solutions together. I look forward to inspiring discussions, new ideas and to shaping the year 2025 together with you.
